Legal and Compliance Jobs in Arizona
A Legal and Compliance Officer in the insurance industry is responsible for ensuring that an organization operates within the legal and regulatory framework set by the government and the organization's policies. For this role, an individual should possess a law degree or appropriate certifications. The Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) are desirable. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have a comprehensive understanding of risk management. Previous job roles that could lead to a Legal and Compliance role within the insurance industry might include a Compliance Analyst, Legal Counsel, or Risk Management Officer.
