Claims Jobs in Nevada
A Claims Professional in the insurance industry is responsible for handling insurance claims filed by policyholders. Their role includes investigating the claim, determining the policyholder's coverage, negotiating settlements, and authorizing payments. Some positions may require professional certifications such as the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Associate in Claims (AIC). Prior to becoming a Claims Professional, a person might serve in roles such as Insurance Underwriter, Insurance Sales Agent, or Claims Adjuster Trainee.
