Senior Financial Analyst - In Person

We have an opening for a Senior Financial Accountant entity located near Loveland. This fast-paced PEO company has been in business since the late 1980's. The Senior Financial Accountant is a key individual contributor responsible for maintaining cost accuracy, supporting operational and commercial decision-making, and providing financial insight across manufacturing and shared services operations. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance leadership to ensure cost integrity, margin visibility, and data-driven decisions. This is an opportunity to learn the dynamics and business practices of PE's. They operate with a 100% in-office workspace. The Senior Financial Accountant will play a key role in cost accounting, pricing analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance support. This position partners closely with Operations, Sales, and Finance leadership to drive accurate costing, profitability analysis, inventory integrity, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Maintain standard costing, pricing models, and margin analysis Analyze manufacturing, PPV, and overhead variances Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and capital planning Develop financial models for sourcing, process improvements, and new products Partner with Operations and Sales on pricing and profitability initiatives Support inventory accuracy and financial reporting compliance Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5-8 years of financial analysis and cost accounting experience Strong Excel and ERP/accounting system skills Knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing accounting principles CPA/CMA and manufacturing experience preferred Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match PTO and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional development programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) If interested, please send your updated resume or contact us with any questions.
