Job Overview:
We are actively hiring a few Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join our team! This is a Full-Time, In-Office Position. If you are looking for a Career Opportunity, not just another Dead-End Job, with a reputable company during a huge Growth Phase.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in understanding Hospital Indemnity Plans and their benefits
Manage the application and enrollment process from start to finish
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Must speak English (Bilingual is not required, but beneficial.)

Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed 215 Insurance Agent.
In-Office Full-Time Position (Yamato and Congress)
MUST have IMPECCABLE Work Ethics (Willing to show up every day)
Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
Positive "can-do" Attitude

Compensation And Details:
EXTREMELY HIGH PAY SCALE
Hourly + Commissions (15 Deals = $25/hr)
Uncapped commission structure paid weekly
Monday Friday (9AM - 6PM)
All Inbound Calls (NO COLD CALLING)
