About the Role

We are seeking experienced, licensed Health Insurance Sales Agents with a proven track record in Private Market, ACA and ancillary product sales. If you thrive in a high-volume, inbound sales environment and consistently close deals, this is your opportunity to maximize your earnings.

$25/hour base pay ($50,000 guaranteed)

What Youll Do

Handle inbound calls and live transfers (no cold calling)
Enroll clients in ACA, limited medical, and ancillary plans
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
Deliver a consultative, high-quality customer experience
Accurately complete applications and documentation

Required Qualifications

Active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (Required)
At least 1 year of health insurance sales experience
Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
Strong objection-handling and communication skills
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Preferred Experience

ACA (Affordable Care Act) marketplace sales
Limited Medical plan sales
High-volume inbound or call center sales
