What You'll Do
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct consultations to understand client insurance needs
Rmend tailored Home, Auto, and Renters insurance solutions
Shop coverage options across multiple carriers to providepetitive solutions
Manage policy renewals and ongoing client service
Respond to client questions and provide policy guidance
Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records
Collaborate with team members to support client success and agency growth
Consistently work toward individual and agency sales goals
What We're Looking For
Active Texas insurance license
Experience in insurance sales, insurance brokerage, or personal lines insurance
Strongmunication and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach
Ability to stayanized and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Experience with CRM systems or agency management software preferred
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals preferred
