Senior P & C Insurance Producer – Commercial Lines ( Onsite )

Voss also provides tailored employee benefits solutions to small to medium sized companies.As we expand into P&C, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Commercial Property & Casualty division.

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and licensed P&C Producer with a strong commercial lines background. This role is ideal for an independent agent, former agency owner, or senior producer who wants to help architect and grow a thriving P&C practice from the ground up. This is a strategic role with direct input into building the department’s structure, carrier relationships, processes, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development of Voss’s Commercial P&C division with a focus on middle-market and small business clients.

• Generate new commercial P&C business through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.

• Design and implement workflows, carrier appointments, and operational processes to launch and scale the P&C vertical.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing customized insurance solutions and advisory.

• Collaborate with internal teams across benefits, financial planning, and commercial insurance to deliver holistic client solutions.

• Attend in-office strategy and sales meetings regularly in Plano, TX (this is not a remote position).

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty License (Texas).

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with significant expertise in Commercial P&C.

• Proven track record in sales, client retention, and growing a commercial book of business.

• Experience as an independent agent, agency owner, or senior producer strongly preferred.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and build from the ground up.

• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.

• Local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and able to work onsite in our Plano office.

Compensation:
Base salary + commission + performance bonuses, commensurate with experience and production. Equity participation opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
