As a licensed healthcare agent, your role will involve educating and guiding customers in selecting the most suitable insurance policy to meet their requirements.
The primary objective of our Licensed Health Insurance Agents is to deliver clear and empathetic service to our members as they explore our Medicare program options. Through attentive listening to their needs, you will acquire the skills to identify, recommend, and enroll our members in the ideal plan for them. At the conclusion of each shift, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have positively impacted someone's life.

- License to sell healthcare insurance in your current state of residence
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication/listening skills
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
- Strong customer service orientation (empathy, compassion and listening skills)
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or related fields.
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorization to work in the United States
We highly value if you have:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing work environment involving sales development and/or closure
- Previous AEP Experience (Preferred, but not required on certain programs)
