Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Description:

As a Commercial Lines Manager with our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the agency. You will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance accounts, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims follow-up.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries related to personal insurance products.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• Review and analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Process new business applications, policy changes, and cancellations accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant insurance licenses and certifications preferred (e.g., Property & Casualty License).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
