Brown & Brown is seeking a Claims Processor to join our growing team in Dallas, TX!

The Claims Processor reviews and verifies claims to ensure contract compliance, collaborates with dealerships, schedules services, and supports administrative tasks while maintaining a focus on accuracy, customer service, and ongoing professional development.

How You Will Contribute:

• Addresses questions on claims or contracts

• Works with dealerships to process claims

• Process claims payments and cancellation quotes

• Ensure that contract obligations are being fulfilled on repairs

• Verify proper parts pricing

• Verify customers are adhering to contract terms and vehicle maintain as required by the manufacturer and contract

• Daily enter prepaid maintenance claims for weekly payment

• Provide backup to answer phones

• Schedule repairs for windshield services on online portal

• Pursues a course of personal, professional development

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• Minimum education High School Diploma

• Proficient with MS Office Suite

• Exceptional telephone demeanor

• 1 - 3 years' experience in a similar position
