This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5-7 years of litigation and court experience to work on diverse cases involving condominium law, land use disputes, construction defects, and more. As part of our team, you will have the chance to handle challenging cases and work closely with experienced attorneys.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Prepare for trials, depositions, and motion practice
- Handle cases involving condominium law, land use disputes, construction defects, and more
- Extensive client contact and case management
Required Skills:
- Legal research and writing skills
- Experience with trials, depositions, and motion practice
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
