We're hiring an experienced Health Insurance Concierge Advocate to work with high-net-worth individuals and corporate executivesproviding expert insurance guidance, resolving claims and billing issues, and delivering white-glove healthcare navigation. This is not a sales/producer positionit's a service-first role focused on advocacy, education, and results. What You'll Do Serve as a licensed health insurance broker specializing in Medicare, Affordable Care Act (ACA) small group plans, and private insurance markets Evaluate client needs and recommend optimal health insurance coverage options across multiple states Act as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clientsresolving claims, appeals, billing issues, and Rx coverage problems Guide clients through pre-authorizations, EOB (Explanation of Benefits) reviews, and insurance carrier appeals Provide concierge-level customer service that builds trust, reduces stress, and delivers peace of mind Maintain meticulous documentation using internal CRM and case management tools Stay up to date on industry trends, policy changes, and plan availability in the health insurance and employee benefits landscape What We're Looking For Active Health Insurance Producer License & Medicare certification 5+ years of experience in insurance account management, client advocacy, or customer service Expertise in Medicare plans, ACA small business plans, and individual health coverage Broker Experience. Strong knowledge of medical billing, claims processing, and insurance appeals Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and web-based platforms Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working with high-touch clientele Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience preferred Bonus Points For Medical billing or coding certification Experience with executive clients or high-net-worth individuals Ability to commute to Wyckoff, NJ office (30 minutes from NYC) Why Join Emry (and Goodroot)?
