Estimator - Insurance Restoration
GTG Construction is seeking an experienced construction estimator.
The majority of our work is residential insurance restoration after water and fire damage. We have a steady flow of leads every week. If you are a motivated team player that excels at providing great customer service, this could be a great career opportunity for you.

Primary duties :
Our estimators go to scheduled property visits with homeowners that have experienced water or fire damage to their home. You will document the damage with photos and begin to structure a scope of work to prepare an estimate. Educate the customer on the approval and reconstruction process. Negotiate with insurance adjusters to get claims approved. Work with our production managers to provide a smooth handoff when the job goes into production.
Prior experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry and being proficient or at least very familiar with Xactimate
estimating software is a plus.
