Reconstruction Estimator- Restoration

A top restoration company is looking for a Large Loss Estimator. They need someone who is skilled with selling and writing both residential and light commercial losses.

The ideal candidate will have a Reconstruction Restoration background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Solid restoration knowledge and reconstruction experience
• Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer communication and service skills
• Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals
• Knowledge of the property/insurance industry
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
