Since the opening of our small family bakery in 1943, H&S Family of Bakeries evolved into a network of 10 bakeries and multiple distribution centers along the East Coast all committed to one thing: producing the best quality bread products. H&S Family of Bakeries includes Northeast Foods, H&S Bakery and Schmidt Baking Co. Together, our baked goods can be found in a wide range of establishments, from fast food and quick-service restaurants to cafeterias, hospitals, grocery stores and universities to name a few.

We are blessed to have dedicated employees, valued associates, and esteemed customers who make our shared success possible each and every day. We are honored to give back to the communities that have supported us over the decades—and to whom we owe a debt of gratitude.
