Senior Director, Construction Defect We are partnered with a reputable specialty insurance carrier on a senior level hire within their casualty division. This person will lead the construction claims team within the wider casualty unit. Therefore to qualify, you must: - have 10+ years of claims experience within construction - defect, BI, liability etc. - have a BA Degree - Have leadership experience (must have managed managers previously) - Be able to commit to a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 days remote) - Be able to travel up to 25% of the time This position is based out of New Jersey and the salary and package is strong and flexible dependent on experience level.
