A growing and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Counsel - Managing Attorney to join its expanding litigation practice. What You'll Do:

Lead Complex Litigation Matters:

  • Manage sophisticated commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Develop litigation strategies and oversee all phases of the litigation process, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.

Strategic Client Advisor:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical and innovative legal solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication and strategic guidance.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Mentor and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support professional growth and maintain high-quality legal work.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Business Development:

  • Strengthen existing client relationships and actively participate in efforts to expand the firm's litigation practice.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the legal and business communities.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of litigation experience.
  • Significant experience handling commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters.
  • Extensive trial experience and demonstrated success managing complex litigation.
  • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop attorneys.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
