What You'll Do:
Lead Complex Litigation Matters:
- Manage sophisticated commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Develop litigation strategies and oversee all phases of the litigation process, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Strategic Client Advisor:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing practical and innovative legal solutions to complex business challenges.
- Deliver exceptional client service through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor and collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support professional growth and maintain high-quality legal work.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Business Development:
- Strengthen existing client relationships and actively participate in efforts to expand the firm's litigation practice.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the legal and business communities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of litigation experience.
- Significant experience handling commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters.
- Extensive trial experience and demonstrated success managing complex litigation.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the applicable State Bar.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop attorneys.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
