We seek a dediced and skilled Associe Attorney to join our group. This position offers an exciting opportunity to defend insurance clients. We seek an associe with Insurance Coverage and Litigion with 1-5 years of experience.

Attorney Responsibilities and Qualificions:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediions, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide case law analysis
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communice effectively with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Deliver exemplary legal counsel to clients
• An active member of the California Bar
