**Insurance Agent / Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

*Location: Weatherford, TX

*Job Type:Full-Time

*Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

*Pay:

* Non-Licensed Candidates: Starting at $40,000 annually

* Licensed Property & Casualty Agents: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience)

* Additional commission opportunities available

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agent/CSR to join our team. A Property & Casualty License is preferred but not required. Candidates must have prior insurance experience and be comfortable handling customer service responsibilities, policy servicing, and account management.

Daily Responsibilities:

* Process customer payments

* Assist with policy changes and endorsements

* Answer client questions and provide policy support

* Manage rental property insurance accounts

* Assist with construction-related insurance policies

* Maintain accurate client records

* Deliver excellent customer service and support

Qualifications Required:

* Insurance industry experience

* Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience

* Familiarity with policy servicing and endorsements

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Team-player attitude

Preferred:

* Property & Casualty License

* Experience with EZLynx agency management system

* 10+ years of insurance experience strongly preferred for licensed candidates

Training:

* Newer insurance professionals: 6 months to 1 year training and development

* Approximately 2 months to become proficient with agency systems
