Nadeem Moustafa Insurance Agency is hiring a driven professional who wants to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused sales environment.

We are looking for an Account Representative who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping customers find the right coverage for their needs. This position is ideal for someone who is confident in conversations, open to coaching, and motivated by both personal growth and earning potential.

What Youll Do
-Build relationships with new and existing customers
-Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally
-Help customers with policy applications, changes, and renewals
-Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
-Provide friendly and responsive customer support
-Keep customer records accurate and organized

What Were Looking For
-Bilingual preferred, especially English/Spanish, but not required
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Sales-minded with a customer-focused attitude
-Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
-Customer service or sales experience preferred
-Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but not required
-Coachable, motivated, and ready to grow in a structured sales environment
