Job Summary

We are a growing insurance agency seeking an energetic, motivated, and bilingual professional to support and contribute to our sales goals. This position is ideal for someone interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, quoting, and selling new auto, home, and additional insurance products; developing strong relationships with new and existing clients; delivering exceptional customer service to policyholders; and representing the agency at networking and community events.

Qualifications & Skills

Bilingual

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

Sales experience preferred

Excellent people skills and a willingness to help others

Strong attention to detail

Independent problem-solving attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Intermediate computer proficiency

Previous administrative or customer service experience

Ability to thrive in a team environment

Ability to multitask effectively

Previous Farmers Insurance experience preferred
