Dealer Auditor

The primary objective of this role is to minimize the company's liability and risk by conducting dealership warranty audits. You'll ensure the consistent application of warranty policies and procedures, maintaining accuracy and fairness. The role involves preparing and communicating audit-related information, identifying trends, and recommending corrective actions.

• Conduct audits of dealer warranty claim submissions and initiate chargebacks for noncompliance.
• Prepare and maintain records of audit-related communications, including notification letters and reports.
• Develop methods for analyzing warranty KPIs and claim submission patterns.
• Coordinate with dealership management and corporate teams to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to improve compliance with warranty policies.
• Assist in other dealer network initiatives and contribute to internal audit projects.
• Use data analytics to predict and enhance dealer compliance.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail and technical areas.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of the franchised dealership model.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and control objectives.
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments.

• Direct warranty audit experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
