Job Summary and Qualifications
The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program's pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program. What you will do in this role: Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.Performs other duties as assigned. What qualifications you will need: High School Graduate/Equivalent 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare group purchasing - Preferred 1+ year(s) of experience in Medical product knowledge - PreferredStrong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience - RequiredKeen attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge/Familiarity with medical products/suppliesAbility to multi-task and strong project management skills requiredStrong interpersonal and organizational skills requiredEffective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel Benefits
