Commercial Lines Producer

Our client, a forward-thinking insurance agency is looking to add a Commercial Lines Producer to its rapidly growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
• Develop leads in niche business markets with help from the digital marketing department
• Work closely with commercial lines CSR to provide outstanding customer service to existing clients
• Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers we represent with help from inside sales and marketing department

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

• Active P&C license
• Previous sales experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

• Starting salary while growing your book of business
• Equal commission for new and renewal business
• No minimum premium threshold for earning a commission
