• Serve as the primary contact for an exclusive book of high-net-worth clients, handling all aspects of their personal insurance needs.
• Advise clients on coverage options and risk-reduction strategies tailored to their lifestyle and assets.
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with carrier partners to deliver top-tier service and solutions.
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and documentation with precision and care.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience.
• Uphold the agencys mission, values, and commitment to excellence every day.

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance (agency setting preferred).
• Active MA P&C license.
• Proven ability to deliver white-glove client service with professionalism and warmth.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsdetail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with Applied Epic a plus.
