What Youll Do:

  • Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products to customers in a clear, professional manner
  • Secure approvals through lenders and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
  • Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations
  • Accurately prepare and review all required documentation for vehicle sales and financing
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and transparency throughout the finance process
  • Monitor and achieve monthly sales and product penetration goals
  • Protect dealership assets by ensuring proper handling of contracts and funds

What Were Looking For:

  • 2+ years of finance experience required, preferably automotive
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit applications, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fasta'paced, higha'volume dealership environment
  • Professional, ethical, and teama'oriented mindset
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
