Responsibilities- Conduct consultative inbound calls with Medicare-eligible beneficiaries, guiding them through their coverage options with clarity, compassion, and empathy.
- Educate clients on available Medicare plans including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Ancillary, and Prescription Drug Plans ensuring they make informed, confident, and accurate decisions regarding their healthcare needs.
- Maintain strict compliance with CMS regulations and LHS standards.
- Build authentic rapport and lasting trust with consumers through compassionate, patient-centered communication and education.
- Collaborate with a supportive team environment where impeccable customer service and compassion are celebrated and personal growth is encouraged.
- Meet and exceed performance goals using our exclusive warm lead system, in- house manager support, CRM's, and intuitive enrollment software.
- A licensed health insurance agent (or willing to obtain licensure we'll cover the costs).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a genuine warmth and patience with our healthcare consumers.
- A compliance-minded mindset you understand the importance of doing things with integrity.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and energized by a team-driven environment.
- Prior Medicare, insurance, or call center experience is a plus but not required.
30k-35k Base Salary + Bonuses
