This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the accounting function.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end closePrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirementsLead and develop accounting staff, driving process improvements and efficienciesCoordinate audits and work closely with external auditors and tax advisorsMaintain internal controls and implement best practices across finance operationsPartner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-makingWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadershipStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience managing full-cycle accounting processesProven ability to lead teams and improve systems/processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailERP system experience preferredWhy JoinStable, growing organization with strong leadershipHigh-impact role with visibility to executive teamCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to build and improve processesCollaborative, team-oriented culture
