As a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney) , GS - 0905 - 15 , your typical work assignments may include:
Communicing clearly and concisely to advise subordines and answer questions involving interpretion of the NLRA, conducts settlement negotiions and advises staff on the totality of cases.
Reviewing and answering questions reled to the litigion, including trial preparion, subpoenas, pretrial briefs, trial work, post-hearing briefs, and legal motions
Negotiing with parties in order to secure settlement agreements and making recommendions regarding the litigion before administrive law judges in unfair labor practice cases.
Reviewing reports and case files to determine adequacy of evidence; thoroughness of investigion; case preparion and analysis; and propriety of recommendions for action or disposition.
Supervising staff in investigions; ensuring the quality and timeliness of the processing of cases; planning and conducting training; and evaluing the performance of staff.

IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT
The ideal candide for the Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney) position will have experience promoting efficiency in case processing. Knowledge of the Nional Labor Relions Act or similar reled stutes is preferred. Excellent communicion and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and senior level management; and strong research and analytical skills are desired.
BASIC REQUIREMENT
Educion: Must have successfully completed a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Associion (ABA) and have the first professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.). Law school transcripts must be submitted the time of applicion.
Bar Membership and Certificion: Must currently be a member in good standing of the bar of a ste, territory, or commonwealth of the United Stes, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney) the GS-15 grade level.
Specialized experience includes:
Experience utilizing comprehensive knowledge of labor law under the Nional Labor Relions Act and the policies and procedures of the Act; and
Experience interpreting and applying the NLRA and other stutes and relevant case law to difficult and novel factual and legal issues in unfair labor practice cases; and
Experience providing authoritive guidance, interpretion and recommendions on both administrive mters and legal issues based on relevant laws and regulions.

As a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney) , GS - 0905 - 15 , your typical work assignments may include:
Communicing clearly and concisely to advise subordines and answer questions involving interpretion of the NLRA, conducts settlement negotiions and advises staff on the totality of cases.
Reviewing and answering questions reled to the litigion, including trial preparion, subpoenas, pretrial briefs, trial work, post-hearing briefs, and legal motions
Negotiing with parties in order to secure settlement agreements and making recommendions regarding the litigion before administrive law judges in unfair labor practice cases.
Reviewing reports and case files to determine adequacy of evidence; thoroughness of investigion; case preparion and analysis; and propriety of recommendions for action or disposition.
Supervising staff in investigions; ensuring the quality and timeliness of the processing of cases; planning and conducting training; and evaluing the performance of staff.

IDEAL CANDIDATE STATEMENT
The ideal candide for the Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney) position will have experience promoting efficiency in case processing. Knowledge of the Nional Labor Relions Act or similar reled stutes is preferred. Excellent communicion and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and senior level management; and strong research and analytical skills are desired.
BASIC REQUIREMENT
Educion: Must have successfully completed a full course of study in a school of law accredited by the American Bar Associion (ABA) and have the first professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.). Law school transcripts must be submitted the time of applicion.
Bar Membership and Certificion: Must currently be a member in good standing of the bar of a ste, territory, or commonwealth of the United Stes, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Your active Bar license must reference Bar number and indice the stus of good standing . Agency Internal Self-Certificion Forms are not acceptable for verificion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-14 grade level, which has provided them with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of a Supervisory General Attorney (Labor) (Supervisory Field Attorney) the GS-15 grade level.
Specialized experience includes:
Experience utilizing comprehensive knowledge of labor law under the Nional Labor Relions Act and the policies and procedures of the Act; and
Experience interpreting and applying the NLRA and other stutes and relevant case law to difficult and novel factual and legal issues in unfair labor practice cases; and
Experience providing authoritive guidance, interpretion and recommendions on both administrive mters and legal issues based on relevant laws and regulions.
