The firm is open to hiring a lateral attorney at either the non-equity partner or of counsel level. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value coverage matters with national and regional insurers, with meaningful client contact and flexibility in work arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Handle complex insurance coverage and coverage litigation matters for insurance carrier clients Analyze and interpret insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, and manage declaratory judgment actions Develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and handle discovery and dispositive motions Advise clients on risk exposure, coverage disputes, and resolution strategies Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications: Significant experience in insurance coverage and coverage litigation (defense side required) Proven ability to manage cases and client relationships independently Admission to practice law in Arizona preferred; candidates admitted in another state and willing to seek Arizona admission will be considered Must reside in Arizona for position Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Compensation & Benefits: Full benefits package Bonus opportunities Collegial, collaborative work environment Compensation commensurate with experience and title How to Apply: Apply online or send your resume directly to ... .
