This role will support a team of accounting professionals and play a key part in the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audit support, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Post journal entries
Reconcile balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations
Support monthly close activities and ensure deadlines are met
Review financial results and assist with monthly reporting and analysis
Partner with leadership to support timely and accurate close processes
Assist with audit requests, tax support, and other corporate reporting needs
Support sales tax audit requests
Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have strong Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Must be able to work in a full-time, onsite accounting job in Tulsa, OK
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
