seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with experience in the auto body or collision repair industry who is eager to grow, learn, and build a long-term career with us.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and customer communications
Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Assist with insurance claims and repair order processing
Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
Follow up with customers and insurance companies
Support management with administrative tasks and reporting

Qualifications:

Experience working in an auto body, collision repair, or automotive service environment preferred
Bookkeeping experience and knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar estimating software is a plus
