Litigation Attorney General Liability (OC-Based, Remote/Flexible)

Busy Orange County litigation practice seeking an experienced attorney to assist with a steady flow of general liability, premises liability, and real estate defense matters for institutional clients on a contract basis.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of files and manage cases from inception through resolution with appropriate supervision and support. Work includes drafting pleadings and motions, handling written discovery, taking and defending depositions, appearing at court hearings, participating in mediations, and assisting with trial preparation as needed.

Flexible schedule. Remote/hybrid arrangement. Consistent workflow available. Attorneys seeking full-time hours can generally expect sufficient work to bill approximately 160200+ hours per month.

What we're looking for:

25+ years of California civil litigation experience
Strong writing and case management skills
Ability to independently manage assigned files
Active California Bar license

Compensation: $8090/hour, depending on experience.
