This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives in a sophisticated, fastmoving environment and excels at managing complex, highvalue accounts. Responsibilities include: Manage large- complex real estate, construction and healthcare accounts Negotiate and place accounts with captives and carriers Comfortably manage large deductible programs and loss sensitive plans Navigate NY/NJ labor laws with confidence Familiarity with healthcare facilities Manage individual project policies, coordinate with underwriters, and ensure accurate documentation Lead detailed contract reviews, including indemnity clauses, liability limitations, scopes of work, and designbuild considerations Identify coverage gaps and address excessive client/subcontractor requirements Run the book endtoend using EPIC Bring your expertise to a high performing collaborative team where your deep industry knowledge and skills will make an immediate impact.
