Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Youngstown, OH

Manufacturing Industry

A well-established and growing manufacturing company in the Youngstown area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and operations.

What You'll Do:

* Analyze and interpret sales, profit, and income performance

* Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections

* Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making

* Assist in evaluating business investments and growth initiatives

* Develop management reporting tools to improve processes

* Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall business planning

* Partner with finance and operational leaders to explain variances and trends

What They're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics

* 2-4 years of financial analysis experience

* Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles

* Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models and create actionable reporting

* Experience analyzing variances between actual and budget

* Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

* Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

* Experience with BI tools and corporate financial systems is a plus
