LHH is partnering with a company in the construction industry to search for a Billing Specialist. This is a temporary position where you will be helping with invoicing, contract review, and project billing. For anyone looking to get construction industry experience on your resume, this could be a good fit. There will be training and you will work with a supportive team, but you need to be able to multi-task and be able to meet deadlines since you will be managing work for various projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role is fully onsite during training but offers a hybrid schedule after that. Responsibilities: Setting up new client accounts and maintaining contracts Processing payments and applying to the correct accounts Processing invoices and following up on payment inquiries Tracking projects and ensuring correct documentation Assisting clients when needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred At least a year of previous work experience in an office setting Some knowledge of billing or accounting would be helpful Professional communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and track multiple tasks at once Pay Details: $29.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Brittany Cona Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
