Are you detail-oriented with a strong knowledge of collision repairs? We're seeking a skilled Automotive Estimator to join our busy collision center team. If you enjoy working closely with customers and insurance companies to ensure quality repairs, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and assess damage accurately
Prepare repair estimates using industry software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex)
Communicate clearly with customers and insurance adjusters
Submit and follow up on insurance approvals and supplements
Coordinate repair plans with the body shop team
Provide excellent customer service and keep customers informed
Ensure estimates comply with manufacturer and DRP standards
Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years' experience in automotive estimating or collision repair
Proficiency with estimating software
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver's license with a clean record
High school diploma or equivalent (certifications a plus)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
