To learn more about our offerings, click here . What You'll Do The main function of this role will be to review data received from Strive clients and determine if the data is complete and accurate . If the data is not complete and accurate , the Senior Analyst will quantify the impact of imperfect data and work with the client to resolve the issues. This role will report to the Sr. Director , Actuarial . The Day to Day Review contracts to find instances of client non-compliance, and quantify the value of said non-compliance Audit the data we receive for our risk partnerships and ensure completeness and accuracy Review material changes impacting risk settlements and quantify the impact Communicate instances of non-compliance to internal and external stakeholders Partner with key stakeholders across Strive's Finance, Client Success, and Growth functions to identify data-driven opportunities to add value to existing and potential partners. Present models and delivers insights/expertise to a diverse audience and communicates analyses and results to internal and external partners. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. 2+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
