Licensed Insurance CSR (440)

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing experienced customer service representative to assist our producers by contacting potential and current customers. You will explain insurance plans options that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firms reputation.

Responsibilities:
Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to manager
Maintain account receivable and account payable, database and records.
Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
Fulfill all policy requirements

Skills:
Proven working experience as an Insurance CSR(440)
Familiarity with all types of insurance (automobile, homeowners, flood, in personal lines)
Basic computer knowledge
Proven ability to work with goals
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively solutions for clients
Bilingual (Spanish and English) or (Vietnamese and English)
High school or BS degree
Current 440 insurance license or 2 years plus in other insurance fields.
