Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional manner and assess their insurance needs.
Gather accurate customer information to generate insurance quotes.
Present and explain insurance products and coverage options.
Complete application paperwork for new insurance policies.
Follow underwriting guidelines to determine eligibility.
Ensure all required documents are filled out correctly and submitted.
Follow up on leads to convert prospective customers.
Maintain compliance with state and company training/certification requirements.
Keep customer and company data organized and accurate.
Provide exceptional customer service, aligning with the Wyler way of “trust and service.”
Proven ability to work in sales, preferably in insurance or finance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle documentation thoroughly.
Self-starter / able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional attire and presentation.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
Willingness to complete required state/company insurance training.
QualificationsCompensation & Benefits:
