McKesson Canada est a la recherche d'un(e) Analyste financier(ere) principal(e), Comptabilite et FP&A Siege social pour se joindre a l'equipe des Finances du siege social canadien a Saint-Laurent, QC. Il s'agit d'un role a double fonction couvrant a la fois la comptabilite et la planification et analyse financieres (FP&A), offrant une occasion unique d'agir en tant que partenaire financier cle aupres des differentes fonctions du siege social.
Relevant de la Cheffe principale, Comptabilite et FP&A, la personne retenue sera responsable des activites de comptabilite de fin de mois, ainsi que des processus de previsions, de budgetisation et de planification pour le siege social canadien.
Responsabilites specifiques
Soutenir le gestionnaire FP&A dans les activites de prevision et de budgetisation
Effectuer les activites de cloture comptable de fin de mois, de trimestre et de fin d'annee, incluant la preparation et la comptabilisation des ecritures de journal, des courus et de toute ecriture ad hoc requise
Preparer et reviser les etats financiers internes, les rapports de gestion et les livrables corporatifs pour le siege social canadien
Assurer l'exactitude et l'integrite des donnees financieres, en identifiant et en resolvant les ecarts avant la soumission
Preparer des rapports de gestion mensuels et ad hoc, et diriger la revision des resultats avec les responsables des unites daffaires.
Mener des discussions avec les dirigeants daffaires et les equipes interfonctionnelles afin de piloter les exercices annuels de budgetisation et de planification a long terme .
Offrir un soutien proactif et des analyses daffaires notamment en realisant des analyses generales et personnalisees , en developpant des indicateurs de performance cles (KPI) a valeur ajoutee et en contribuant a la prise de decisions strategiques .
Formuler des recommandations de solutions ou dalternatives pour appuyer la direction dans la prise de decisions .
Qualifications
Baccalaureat en administration des affaires (option finance ou comptabilite ).
CPA ( de preference)
De 5 a 7 ans dexperience en finance, budgetisation et previsions .
Solide connaissance des processus de cloture de fin de mois, des ecritures de journal et des rapports de performance
Capacite a gerer des echeanciers serres et a etablir des priorites dans un environnement en evolution .
Bilinguisme (a loral et a lecrit ).
Competences
Excellentes capacites analytiques , avec une volonte constante de comprendre les facteurs expliquant les resultats .
Autonomie , motivation et esprit entrepreneurial; capacite a mener les dossiers a terme .

Experience avec des systemes ERP ( SAP de preference)

Position Summary
McKesson Canada is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Head Office Accounting & FP&A to join our Canada Head Office Finance team in Saint-Laurent, QC. This is a dual-function role spanning both accounting/reporting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), offering a unique opportunity to act as a key financial business partner to various Head Office functions.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Accounting & FP&A, the successful candidate will be responsible for month-end reporting and accounting activities, as well as overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes for Canada Head Office.
Specific responsibilities
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close activities, including the preparation and posting of journal entries, accruals, and any ad hoc entries required
Prepare and review internal financial statements, management reports, and corporate deliverables for Canada Head Office
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to submission
Support the Manager, FP&A relating forecasting and budgeting activities
Prepare monthly and Ad Hoc management reports, and lead the review of the results to the respective business owners
Lead discussions with business leaders and cross functional teams to drive the annual budgeting and long-range planning exercises.
Provide proactive support and business analytics to the business. Notably includes performing general and customized analyses; develop value added KPIs, involvement in supporting strategic decision making.
Help recommend appropriate solutions or alternatives when supporting management in decision making.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting.
CPA designation preferred
5 - 7 years of experience in finance, budgeting and forecasting
Strong knowledge of month-end close processes, journal entries, and financial reporting
Able to manage tight deadlines and prioritize in a changing environment
Bilingual (written and oral)
