Account Coordinator - Insurance Operations
Austin, TX - Hybrid

Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 onsite 5x a week for training
6-8 Weeks of training 8:00-5:00 On Site daily
Pay: $24 per hour, W 2 The Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma required; Degree preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, edit or create PowerPoint slides and Outlook mail/calendar communication. (Must be detailed in job history of presented resume.)
Exceptional organizational skills: work on multiple accounts and at different stage in the renewal process, so being organized is important to your success in this role
Strong communication skills: collaborate with client teams who are remote, so the ability to communicate effectively is key Responsibilities:

- Drive timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including report preparation.
- Maintain a solid understanding of core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation to enhance customer awareness and strengthen new and established relationships.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a point of contact regarding potential problems.
- Adhere to company policies and performance standards and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
- High School Diploma required; Degree preferred.
