Consulting Actuary- Health (Medicare)

Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading consultancy seeking an Actuarial Manager to join their Healthcare practice with strong medicare experience. Within this role you will take the lead on complex Medicare advisory engagements, including provider VBP strategy, ACO consulting, Medicare Advantage, and total cost of care (TCOC) analysis. You will support business development around emerging ACO program opportunities and take on managing emerging more junior actuaries, or work as an individual contributor. Role requirements: Extensive health actuarial experience primarily working with Medicare programs or Accountable Care Organization (ACO) work FSA or ASA designation Experience working with Python, SQL, SAS, VBA, or other coding/data analytics languages This role offers a rare combination of high-impact healthcare strategy work, technical depth, leadership opportunities, and entrepreneurial consulting exposure.
