Insurance Marketing Specialist

Insurance Marketing Specialist We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Marketing Specialist to support our commercial insurance team by marketing accounts to insurance carriers and helping producers deliver competitive coverage solutions for clients. This role plays a key part in the agency's growth by building strong carrier relationships and helping secure the best coverage and pricing options available. Responsibilities Market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts to carrier partners Prepare submission applications, loss summaries, and supporting documentation Obtain quotes, negotiate coverage terms, and review pricing options Work closely with producers and account managers to develop coverage strategies Maintain strong relationships with insurance company underwriters and carrier representatives Compare quotes and assist in presenting coverage options to clients Track submissions, renewals, and carrier responses to ensure deadlines are met Maintain accurate records within the agency management system Qualifications Previous commercial insurance experience preferred Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier markets Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar is a plus Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
