LHH is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join a growing firm in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal fit will maintains a positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning, have a passion for collaborating in a team setting, is career-driven and community-oriented, upholds a professional demeanor in all tasks and relationships, and responds in ways that benefit both clients and the firm. Hybrid remote flex is offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively provide status updates to managers and partners
  • Develop networking skills and build referral sources
  • Manage complex client projects with guidance and support
  • Review the work of associates
  • Mentor and support associate-level team members
  • Continuously improve personal efficiency and team realization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting audit
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Technologically proficient
