Who you are:

As our College Intern - Model Risk Management, youll be exposed to various executives and lines of business throughout the organization. By building relationships and tackling numerous projects you will gain various skills and connections to add to your resume. Here, youll have the freedom and flexibility to experience life in the corporate world while continuing your education.

What youll do:

  • Analyze varying financial, statistical, and behavioral models to assist model validations and annual reviews

  • Monitor the risk of models to determine if it is in line with Frosts risk strategy

  • Participate model governance activities, such as reviewing controls, risk assessments and documentations, to ensure the banks compliance with all regulations, especially SR 11-7

  • Gain experience with a corporation that provides a full range of services in banking, brokerage and investments to acquire a deeper understanding of the financial industry

  • Perform meaningful work to get valuable experience and further Frost as an organization

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What youll need:

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters degree in a quantitative field

  • Ability to work in a part-time capacity year-round

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 confirmed by transcript

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
