Job Description
This role serves as a key operational partner across Group Reinsurance, Finance, Risk Management, IT and clients, to ensure accurate administration, strong controls, timely reporting, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The position requires a strong understanding of reinsurance operations, financial reporting, treaty administration, systems support, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The role is expected to identify operational trends, lead process improvement initiatives, support control performance, and drive automation and reporting enhancements that strengthen the efficiency, accuracy of Group Reinsurance operations.
- At least 4 years of relative work experience in reinsurance/insurance with operations, accounting or analytics experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Strong understanding of premium, claims, policy administration, receivables, payables, and/or reinsurance accounting processes.
- Experience producing financial, operational or experience-based reporting
- Ability to interpret treaty terms and apply them to operational and financial calculations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and process improvement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work within required deadlines.
- Knowledge of Group Life and Accident reinsurance products preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Strong critical thinking skills analysis of data to reach a well-reasoned solution.
- Proficient in Windows environment, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and co-pilot

Pay Range for roles performed in MN: $103,000-$126,000 base salary per year. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience,
role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long term incentives. In addition, we provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage,
life and disability insurance, a retirement saving plan, paid holidays and paid time off.
