Manage group of 12 road warrior sales professionals developing and cultivating relationships with independent insurance agents and retail agencies to generate new underwriting submissions in commercial property E&S insurance for mid market businesses, contractors, light industrial, construction businesses, maintenance & repair, etc.
Team Activities:
*** Contacting retail agents to explain features and benefits of company programs by telephone, e-mail, and in person meetings.
*** Attending meetings to maintain communication with agency departments.
*** Attending off-hours entertainment opportunities to enhance and grow relationships with prospective clients and agency representatives.
*** Soliciting new business through various sales and marketing techniques.
*** Developing relationship with the prospect during pre-sale process and be the subject matter expert for plan design, underwriting guidelines, paperwork requirements and implementation process and timelines.
*** Closing prospects on company offerings.
