Summary:
A Credit and Insurance Processor I provides general support for all of Loan Operations and lending staff in the bank. A credit processor reviews documents, tracks documents and financials, and assists lending staff while maintaining policies and procedures. No experience is required.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides general support to Loan Operations, Lenders, Originators, Processors, Managers, as well as auditors and examiners.
Reviews all new loan instructions to ensure that proper documentation is provided and all policies and procedures were followed.
Reviews loan files to track for all documents, financials and covenants.
Responsible for scanning documents into file storage systems.
Tracking insurance requirements and supporting documentation.
Maintaining Escrow accounts and tax payments.
Other Job Duties
Tracking and funding construction real estate loans.
Providing credit checks and account verifications.
Filing and tracking UCCs and other lien information.
Applying and maintaining force placed insurance policies.
QualificationsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English Language -- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
