Robert Pico Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Producer to join our growing team. This role is designed for professionals who already have an established network and a track record of generating business through relationships. In this position, you will build and grow a referral-based book of business by leveraging existing connections and developing strategic partnerships within your community. You should be comfortable identifying and engaging contacts such as real estate agents, mortgage lenders, business owners, and other referral sources to generate consistent opportunities.

We operate in a structured, performance-driven environment where expectations are clear and results are measurable. With dedicated support for quoting and service, you are expected to take full ownership of your pipeline, activity, and production.

  • First-year earnings of $50,000 to $70,000, with top performers earning $100,000+

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License preferred (licensing support available for qualified candidates)

  • Ability to generate business through referrals and partnerships
